For effective implementation of the Community Scholarships program between ICOF and the Government, The joint academic faculty has approved the appointment of Dr. Malukutila as Deputy National Coordinator for GRZ-ICOF education Program. The office of the National coordinator is key for effective implementation of this important program and it’s a link between education stakeholders and the Government. Dr. Malukutila she is currently the Provincial Youth Development Coordinator for Central Province in the Ministry of Sport Youth and Arts. She brings in ICOF practical experience on youth policies and sustainable initiatives.
